Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between an overflow and a skimmer pool?
In a skimmer pool, the water sits slightly below the edge and is drawn through skimmers. In an overflow pool, the water sits level with the edge and spills into a surrounding channel and balance tank — a calmer look, and more precise execution.
How long does construction take?
45 working days is typical for a full residential skimmer pool, not counting concrete testing days. Duration varies with pool type and scope.
What warranty do you offer?
Up to 10 years' warranty on the pool structure and leak-tightness for full construction, varying by scope of work.
Do you work with hotels and resorts?
Yes — we work directly with facilities and maintenance managers at hotels, resorts and residential compounds, as well as with developers and consultants.
What equipment do you use?
Spanish pumps and filters, Italian skimmers and stainless ladders, Spanish glass mosaic and underwater LED lighting. Every pool gets two pumps: one running, one on standby.
What does the price include?
Included: the structure, waterproofing, finishing, mosaic and coping, the complete filtration system (filter and two pumps), drains, skimmers and inlets, underwater lighting, the ladder, pipework, the plant room and its internal electrical work, and the warranty. Not included: the heater, chiller, automatic sanitisation, the main electrical, water and drainage connections to the plant room, and the first fill of water.
