Privacy
This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your details when you submit the quote or site-visit form on this website.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, optional email, the area and location you provide, and the pool details you enter in the wizard (type, size, extras, timing).
How we use it
Only to reply to your request — to contact you about your quote or site visit. We don't use it for any other marketing purpose without your permission.
Where it's stored
Your requests are stored in the company's private database with a trusted hosting provider, and each request is sent as a notification to the company's management. We record your IP address and browser type only to protect the form from automated spam. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing. We keep a request only as long as needed to follow it up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The map in the form shows OpenStreetMap map tiles, the form uses an automated spam-protection check, and your device’s location is used only if you tap “I am at the site now” and allow it.
Deleting your details
